My Role/Event Overview: As the solo event host, I provided residents with a nacho bar including chips, queso,  guacamole, salsa, sour cream, etc. along with various types of OMB beer.

Outcome: Residents enjoyed nachos while chatting with their neighbors and trying new beer. They complimented the football decor and told me they always enjoy and look forward to our events.  It’s clear our events have created a sense of community with thoughtful conversation and a friendly environment.

Reflection: The residents at this property always make an effort to get to know one another. People stay and meet new neighbors while they enjoy our event offerings, even without a seating area. I get the impression our events make a genuine difference in these residents’ lives, as they consistently show up happy to see what we’ve brought.
